We understand that you may have concerns about a variety of issues, including delivery times and shipping prices, as well as item replacements and refunds. We certainly do! We collaborate with a number of pet-related groups. Our goal is to help homeless dogs and cats by rescuing them, rehabilitating them both physically and mentally, and then finding them loving homes both in Taiwan and abroad.

All orders ship free! (standard insured and tracked shipping will be automatically applied) For certain applicable products (ie, custom blankets), you have the option of selecting Fast tracked and insured shipping for $10 OR Express tracked and insured shipping for $14.

We ship via FedEx and other premium carriers to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.

How it works: After your order has been processed by our logistics team, it’ll be delivered to our local postage companies and the handling of your order will be fulfilled by the respective carrier companies. Upon arrival in your selected destination country, your order will then be handled by your country's postal service.

All orders require 2-3 days of processing time to be picked, packed, and prepared for shipping.

US and Canada customers should expect to receive their orders within 18 business days for standard shipping, and within 13 business days for fast shipping and 10 business days for express shipping upon payment verification, depending on the volume of orders received.

Production and processing time vary between products. Here, we will use the custom blankets as an example:

Immediately after you place your order, your pet upload is sent to one of our artists. Please allow 4-6 days for the design to be completed, another 5-7 days for the product to be produced, packed, and shipped. You can expect 2-4 weeks delivery time from when you placed your order to the time you receive your blankets. We promise it's worth the wait!

Your orders are tracked via a tracking code. We will send you the tracking code of your order(s) to the email you used when placing your order(s). This email will also guide you on how to track your package. Please note that tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you've received your email notification of purchase.

You should notice tracking event updates within 48-72 hours after you have received your tracking code.

If tracking information is not available, try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the update status of the tracking website.

No – at this time we are unable to ship to P.O boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and international addresses. We currently only ship within the contiguous US.

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal.

We accept product returns. The customer has the right to apply for a return within 14 days after receiving the product.

Personalized Products: We accept refunds if the item is damaged/broken upon arrival, or the received product size/color is incorrect. However, we do not provide refunds if you do not like the final product because every order is specific to you and your pet. Your product is 100% unique to you, and all sales are final.
